Wonderful place, wonderful people. The hosts do their best for you to feel welcome, relaxed and never hungry. Goodwin’s story is very interesting too. They really try to make this place sustainable, help their neighbours and the environment. The best way to find out more take their tour of the farm and here about how they produce their energy and how they grow bananas etc.If we had more time we would definitely extended our stay.
Godwin was Very helpful. Great place out of the busy city. Felt right at home and the food was so fantastic that veronica made. It was perfect with the animals, plantations, the hammocks and the wooden cabin/hut style rooms. It was all so amazing! Loved it there! It was a journey all on its own and the village was so quaint and the people were all so extremely friendly!
This place is magical. Spend your day tiring the banana farm, learning how to roast coffee or the medicinal properties of herbs. Godwin and the staff are incredibly hospitable... Anything you ask is greeted with a smile and generosity. And, the food is spectacular. Be prepared for a bit if noise with dogs barking or neighbors listening to music etc.
Best place to stay if you ever visit Arusha.Godwin (the owner ) was a top notch of a host.We stayed for 10 nights and every day was an amazing day walking down his village full of beautiful and amazing people
